16 CFR 1501.3 Exemptions.

: L6 k5 _% C9 j; g1 @+ D* @$ }原文如上，最接近的应是蜡笔、粉笔、铅笔和钢笔等书写工具，但橡皮擦就是没有提到，判不判为小部件豁免，那就见仁见智了，说标准没有严格指出橡皮擦不是小部件也行，说橡皮擦跟蜡笔、粉笔的特性相同，不判为小部件也说得过去4 K C( T" v4 E# V
个人建议，橡皮擦适用学前儿童使用，应判断为3+；若按3+测试，还是判为小部件好，因为只要加警告语就OK了，这样稳当一些；至于如果是按6+测试，连小部件警告语都可以不看了
