Make and actualize the workshop plans. Lead the followers.

: I' h& @. [9 F8 x. T1 h1、Make production plans according to the direction of production manager and the demands from market. Investigate and analysis the completion of tasks.
- A5 }$ b( U) |( G! q+ ^2、Supervise the process on-site. Control the cost and make relevant plans.
6 y! V( i0 d5 |# t* a3、Help the manager balancing the annual working plans. Make known to lower levels the monthly plans- l9 y* q T1 x) r! @
4、With the cooperation of HR dept., organize the hiring, training, assessment and management works.
& J9 Q% y6 p2 w5、Help the manager drawing dept. budget. Examine and approve the cost in every taches.

Qualification for the position:" O6 S* ^4 C: }
Educational background :
3 r! y4 Y$ V, d; q/ U/ q7 O$ mUndergraduate and above, mechanics, electronics or relevant majors.
* C! z- v6 s7 i8 K6 P3 a* [4 LTraining experience:
7 f u0 {, L/ g" y6 ^5 _Have corresponding training/working experience in project management and knowledge about products.4 z0 M, [( n* A' a5 h
Working Experience:$ l# x5 M6 z! @' h4 f' z1 P
3-5 years on relevant positions
4 V3 @1 f/ {( ^% R$ K1 p. BWorking Skills :
7 D, I; A5 {: y) c. B( U0 ^2 a# v+ @Familiar with the process procedures and principles of company products. Familiar with the material supply channel. Familiar with the quality standard. Can operate relevant computer software. A good command of English.
