Make and actualize the workshop plans. Lead the followers.8 S8 I( ?; u6 Z( J7 _
Responsibilities:) L4 n: \/ D% V8 J0 h
1、Make production plans according to the direction of production manager and the demands from market. Investigate and analysis the completion of tasks.7 ]/ k% a6 w, b) v. C
2、Supervise the process on-site. Control the cost and make relevant plans.; f, S! j6 M; I; U) x f3 J
3、Help the manager balancing the annual working plans. Make known to lower levels the monthly plans
. D- N' P+ j5 o: t2 C& e4、With the cooperation of HR dept., organize the hiring, training, assessment and management works.) x7 [& _& G6 D0 w) g* I
5、Help the manager drawing dept. budget. Examine and approve the cost in every taches.
/ j# N f7 [. X: l& k: _6、Cooperate with the R. & D. dept. to develop new product. Improve technologies and working process. Improve quality., z J% j9 Q# y$ ?

Qualification for the position:! B1 E7 N! X0 N5 e3 E& \
Educational background :# x( f) H0 v2 j9 x
Undergraduate and above, mechanics, electronics or relevant majors.
- A2 N% A) i. B. BTraining experience: 8 n: N+ `3 [* w
Have corresponding training/working experience in project management and knowledge about products.
) P3 x9 q4 _5 L9 HWorking Experience:
$ u- q+ c, Y2 r" H7 g5 W! r3-5 years on relevant positions0 n2 v! {$ a4 @. m2 u6 c
Working Skills :
3 @- V1 q& w, O4 ~$ YFamiliar with the process procedures and principles of company products. Familiar with the material supply channel. Familiar with the quality standard. Can operate relevant computer software. A good command of English.
