在GS/CE中的电压残留测试的要求是怎样的？

是电暖器，用的应为IEC60335-1/60335-2-30.。我只记得拨电后1秒钟内，插头两端的电压应降到安全电压内。只是不记行这个安全电压定为几伏了，一般来说是45V，但又好像是36V，总之记不清了。

这个你就要查法规了啊，是不是42.4V啊？你在到法规中确认一下吧？

谢谢，好像是。我只记得日本是45V，我刚到新公司，标准没带。这边又没有。

22.5 Appliances intended to be connected to the supply mains by means of a plug shall be
constructed so that in normal use there is no risk of electric shock from charged capacitors
when the pins of the plug are touched.
NOTE Capacitors having a rated capacitance up to 0,1 μF are not considered to entail a risk of electric shock.
Compliance is checked by the following test.
The appliance is supplied at rated voltage. Any switch is then placed in the off position and
the appliance is disconnected from the supply mains at the instant of voltage peak. One
second after disconnection, the voltage between the pins of the plug is measured with an
instrument that does not appreciably affect the value to be measured.
The voltage shall not exceed 34 V.
