　　1500.44里没有豁免string,ASTM F963-08 A4 豁免了string,请问别人申请做1500.44,我需要豁免它吗？谢谢

楼主提出的问题，确实太精僻，但A4只是对材料、产品或组件的定义进行了详细描述，并没有说要豁免，而其中还有一个附加燃烧测试，你可以再往下看下A5，参考16cfr1610的燃烧测试标准。故你不能豁免string.

谢谢valley01的回答，非常好，不知道velley的意思是不是由于公证行认为绳子并没有被豁免，所以要当纺织品来烧呢？还是什么其他意思？我确实还是没有搞明白为什么绳子不能被A4豁免．．．．另外我现在的问题是1500.44，不是1610，不知是不是valley看错了呢？谢谢

首先我们要搞清楚物体存在的几种状态:液态,气态,固态,冰水混合态
, P* p# Z; C/ `* u; v. |string 肯定是固态,但FABRIC也是固态,
$ @' X; H, p, H7 E% mSTRING可以由不同的材料组成,也可以是FABRIC组成,
$ Y; r+ n! U8 a8 g7 d* qA4只是固体的燃烧测试,豁免了STRING,并给出了STRING的定义
9 j/ @( [- A7 M4 u0 \' O% M! o7 i, }A5是针对FABRIC燃烧测试,但没豁免STRING,
