Clause 22.6
Compliance is checked by inspection and, in case of doubt, by the following test.  Drops of coloured water solution are applied by a syringe to parts inside the appliance where leakage of a liquid could occur and affect electrical insulation. The appliance is in operation or at rest, whichever is the more unfavourable.  After this test, inspection shall show that there is no trace of liquid on windings or insulation that could result in a reduction of creepage distances below the values specified in 29.2.

回复4楼,应该是22.6.我认为该案例的饮水机根本不会有压力产生,是一般的饮水机,故不用考滤过压危险.我们也有生产象案例的饮水机,GS报告中判NA.

根据背面，这个电器是压缩机型饮水机，铭牌真的有点问题,没有标制冷电流，及加热功率,没有冷媒种类及冷媒克数；气候类型ＳＴ／Ｔ也没标，.不符合60335-2-24, Clause 7.1

案例分析太简单了吧！

触电，可能金属外壳接地不良或接地没有全部接到，或未装防松垫圈；烫伤可能开关按下的力没有达到标准规定要求，小孩用很小的力孔就能将热水笼头按下，造成烫伤，非正常漏水，可能硅胶没封好或硅胶管太差造成的。
