UL的档案维护费用是年初提前交的吗？

我想请问一下，UL的档案维护费用是在年初三月份的时候就交清一年的费用吗？还是怎么滴？

Yes,normally at the begining of this year, the anual maintenance fee will be chareged by UL...

UL一般会在每年1月份出年费收费帐单，企业收到年费帐单一般也就是2，3月份。
收到后，建议立即支付。因为UL发票都是见票即付，且有付款期限，如果超过期限，
UL就会给你发催款通知。如果拖欠费用时间过长，UL档案就有暂停的可能性。

Yes,the Annual Maintenance Fee (AMF) is billed on January 31 of each year. The AMF is based on a graduated scale tied to the number of files that are established for each Applicant/Manufacturer combination. The Annual Maintenance Fee contributes to the following:
• Support and maintenance of our UL’s databases and other systems regarding UL Listings, Recognitions and Classifications.
• Mailings of information to clients relative to surveillance activities.
• Assistance by office and field staff with technical questions that clients and Field Representatives may have during inspections.

The AMF is globally uniform (although there may be some slight geographic based variances due to local currency exchange rate issues) but all clients share in a prorated portion of the activities explained above. The AMF is based on the applicant - file number count per manufacturing location.
