So far as I know, IEC62612 is a Pre-Standard for Self-ballasted LED-lamps. IEC will get the final version for this standard later.

At this moment, EU has already has the Regulation No. 244/2009 for the Self-ballasted LED-lamps. In this Regulation, LED light bulb can skip the functional requirements and only needs to have
