1) As long as the staples/ wires are grippable and laying flat with no sharp or protruding points it will pass I think this is the 5.1 b test result .

2) They do not understand why Intertek Shenzhen have pulled the pages out of the book – this will of course give a fail for sharp points but that is not how you test this.
