请问，en71的7.1需要keep this information for future reference这句话在包装上吗？依据？
我看到很多包装都有这句话，但找不到依据。多谢了

应该是根据EN71-1 :2005+A6 :2008标准来的

其实这些标准我们都是需要花钱买的，也不知道他们是通过什么渠道得到了。国外对玩具这块管的还是比较严的，我说的针对国内出口到国外的，因为我们做的是CE认证等，国外出口到国内的这块就不是很清楚了。现在不光是玩具，连食品也没见中国管的多严

EN62115vjyku如是说：7.5 When markings or instructions are on the packaging, it shall also be stated that the packaging must be retained since it contains important information。

从EN71来看，the manufacturer or his authorised representative or the importer into the community shall in a visible,easily legible and indelible form affix his name and/or trade name and/or mark and address on the toy or on its packaging together with the CE-marking as declaration of presumption of conformity with the essential safety requirements of the above directive. W的理解是，如address and CE Mark 必须附在玩具或包装上，如果玩具太小或其他因素以致不能附在玩具上，则包装上须有这些（强制）信息，从而提醒消费者……

en62115有说到必须有那句话，但是en71就没有提到要求必须附有那句话，按照这么说，是不是电动玩具才要求有，一般的玩具就不必有"keep this information for future reference"?不知道我的理解是不是对的。
