请问那家实验室可以做这个测试？

Hosedown test
the enclosure and its external mechanisms shall be subjected to a tream fo water from a hose
that has a 25 mm inside diameter (1 inch inside diameter) nozzle that delivers at least 240 L per
minute (65 gallons per minute). the water shall be directed at all joints from a distance of 3.0-3.5m(10-12feet). the nozzle shall be moved along each joint one time at a uniform nominal rate of 6mm/s (1/4 inch per second). a conduit may be installed to equalize internal and external pressure, but
shall not serve as a drain.

the enclosure shall be considered to have met the requirements if at the conclusion of the test no water has entred the enlcousre.

It's very easy to do by yourself, just prepare a set of test equipment, and the most important is that you must send the meter to be calibrated...

but I need third part to verfiy this test. do you have any other idea for this? that's my pleasure if you can introduce any lab to me?

Normally, it's for UL Type 4X test, from UL's side, they wanna use the manufacturer's equipment and witness this test in the field, what I know, at least in Jiangsu province, it seems like there is no lab which can do this test...
