请问谁知道新的欧规能耗，在2013年实行，待机功率0.5W和1W怎么区分？

第二阶段:  由2013年1月7日
   关闭状态耗电量: 0.5W
   待机状态耗电量: 0.5W (待机时没有资料显示) 或者 1W (待机时有资料显示)

比如说，EUT的前屏在整机待机时还有LED显示，我是这样理解的。

那就是说单个LED灯亮不属于待机功率1W，应该是0.5W是把。

In fact, EU issued a guideline in October of 2009 to clarify the off mode, standby mode and the battery maintance mode for the public. For your case, some ideas can be shared below:
   1) a LED indicator is not considered as the display
   2) the system mode is not decided by a LED indicator.
   3) the Off mode or Standby mode is decided by the operating conditions of your product

楼上的解释得非常清楚。有很多音响，DVD等待机时前面板外部都有显示（通常是发光二极管显示的数字）
