在EN60335-1中异常风险测试对于电磁线圈来说有温升，高压，起火三个限制，温升按照线圈材料来判定，最高为330K，最低为200K，这就是按照它的绝缘等级来定的，高压就是打高压要通过，起火为做塑胶材料灼热丝测试，还有就是输入电压实在额定电压的1.06倍条件下，不知道解答是否满意，还请高人版主指点。

根据EN60335-1中标准的原话：

disconnection, or a switch that can be placed in the stand-by mode, are subjected to the tests
of 19.11.4.1 to 19.11.4.7. The tests are carried out with the appliance supplied at rated
voltage, the switch being set in the off position or in the stand-by mode.
Appliances incorporating a protective electronic circuit are subjected to the tests of
# T, r6 e, v/ j& r1 b6 f+ x; c19.11.4.1 to 19.11.4.7. The tests are carried out after the protective electronic circuit has
# v% r7 G' C4 N  V  n& Boperated during the relevant tests of Clause 19 except 19.2, 19.6 and 19.11.3. However,
appliances that are operated for 30 s or 5 min during the test of 19.7 are not subjected to the

而19.11.4.1 到 19.11.4.7.分别是做IEC61000的测试，其中就有-4-2和-4-5的雷击测试。是针对所有待机类产品的附加测试，测试的时候需要拆除压敏电阻，除非与之有相关联的放电管。
