Three test samples, each individual sample consisting of three or more layers of non-separable

the mandrel of the test fixture (Figure 14) as shown in Figure 15.# ^* @& X: x5 H

If a sample breaks during rotation where it is fixed to the mandrel or the clamping device, this

any other place, the test has failed.
; U+ _: R% `4 F% A2 s; g- nAfter this preconditioning, a sheet of metal foil, 0,035 mm ± 0,005 mm thick, at least 200 mm
3 T( C9 M$ M( zlong, is placed along the surface of the sample, hanging down on each side of the mandrel; U* |+ L8 K) ]! s
(see Figure 16). The surface of the foil in contact with the sample shall be conductive, not" x# p! H: S) C1 n
oxidised or otherwise insulated. The foil is positioned so that its edges are not less than 18 mm

one at each end, using appropriate clamping devices.

10.3.2, using a test voltage of 1,5 times the value specified in Table 5 for REINFORCED
7 N; q7 a7 H# X2 ]* o1 W8 E rINSULATION, but not less than 5 kV.
