新标准EN 12184:2009 如下:/ J. ?2 X+ [* S8 _5 w7 p
Battery chargers for wheelchairs shall conform to the requirements of ISO 7176-14:1997 that apply to battery
4 g! O! u' t1 ]1 g$ d- h- v+ m: M" Xchargers, together with the following provisions:, ^& e2 l: \8 e' h, g# h
a) battery chargers shall indicate when charging is in progress and when charging is complete;
- V5 S: O) k# y% j9 @b) battery chargers shall have the capability of charging batteries discharged to 70 % of their nominal% o+ S: T \! B3 K. v$ b
voltage;
1 X6 i( P6 G0 \' b6 P& h% q7 K0 a" vc) battery chargers shall operate without the need for intervention or supervision apart from connecting and
' ~7 [- Y( X. q) s E, c1 a7 j- Iturning on at the start of charging and turning off and disconnecting at the end of charging;
3 |- S9 U4 p+ y; p" jd) carry-on and on-board battery chargers shall meet the environmental protection requirements of IPX4
/ B. ?5 \* F4 \5 mwhen tested in accordance with EN 60529:1991 and meet the Class II Test Voltage requirements of
