如题所示，关于IEC60950-1:2005中Routine Test 耐压测试时间与电压设定，我本人从标准中一直没看到有比较明确的说法。
( F" s. n1 Q& f  \1 R% S+ h根据5.2.2章节有如下内容：
Where, elsewhere in this standard, ROUTINE TESTS are required to be conducted in accordance
with 5.2.2, it is permitted to reduce the duration of the electric strength test to 1 s and to
reduce the test voltage permitted in Table 5C, if used, by 10 %.

# }  J, Y9 K  G- u3 T这个内容说时间可以减少到1秒，电压可以根据表C来进行，但是说得很模糊，尤其是
: s  Y* i: r& i) K' y1 g. k4 }Where, elsewhere 这两个单词，不好理解到底是哪里。是否也包括LN对地？我们产线上打的地方就是LN对地。

但是我一直觉得Annex U 只适用于Insulated winding wires for use without interleaved insulation，而不是用于我们产线上的位置（我们产线一般就打LN对地）。

我觉得这就是针对产线测试的，减少时间改变测试电压，以提高生产效率。产线本来打那里，就打哪里。

可以仔细看一下标准中关于Routine Test的定义（1.2.13.3）。

改变时间不能改变电压的，这个我们以前已经被检查员开不符合项了（UL 认证的产品）。

不论是L/N对地还是L/N对端子，如果使用表5C，那么电压值减少百分之十，也可以使用附录U的方法，看个人选择，不知道这样理解对不对

附录U都不是关于整机打耐压的，你看标题可以看得出来啊。
