Objectives:
( c1 F5 a. y) R5 oConduct electrical product safety test as well as performance test on electrical products according to standards or testing methods
! v( e, D! D' R! J  E
Duties & Responsibilities:
6 x* o9 R% O7 S7 D0 @3 y4 D+ \2 z, i" ~- Respect and apply the test program defined by the offer.
: O3 F8 [9 c9 j- Pick the samples from login clerks
3 Q7 s5 U% l  H" H# r2 X- Prepare the samples for testing using prescribed testing methods, following testing standards / specifications, as required.
/ p! W8 [7 t/ H( Q- Prepare test plan
- Issue test data sheets for recording the test results / findings.
5 h0 ^; j& x, ~0 b7 C- Apply the standards with appropriate test methods defined by LCIE china procedures when applicable
: P9 Q1 ^: c- S! u: ]! y- Apply the interpretations sheets (OSM, CTL, LCIE, etc…) during the tests
1 O" p" t# t. d7 `& }8 k3 t" Z  W- Perform construction checks and other testing on electrical products according to prescribed testing methods, standards / specifications appropriate to the sample, as required, as complexity warrants.
- Accurately record test data and equipments used for tests, if applicable

- Support and supervise if needed Lab. Technicians to conduct testing according to relevant standards.
- Review test results / data provided by Lab. Technicians.- Manage the samples for subcontracted tests

& ^8 H: L( ~9 x; r* N+ U-Prepare test reports
- Transfer for signatory the test folders with all technical documents
- Transfer the samples to login clerks when tests are finished
- Provide feedback to testing Manager regarding processes and recommendations for improvements.Quality

! e0 L1 ?$ B5 B% Z- Adhere to BV CPS quality requirements

- Reliable
- Initiative and independence in solving problems and developing methods.
$ r* O9 @  c1 H  M  j+ V8 S- Ability to perform multiple tasks by manager request.
- Individual and Team work ethic.
" D' ~5 W- s2 V- Ability to organize and prioritize workload to meet or exceed deadlines (with help from manager if necessary).
- [( W  \5 H' b- J/ D- Proficiency with Windows, Word & Excel.
5 }4 a& h( m3 a& W* t) \- Working knowledge of IEC / EN / UL standards relating to electrical products.
- Electrical and mechanical aptitude.
- Knowledge of testing of electrical products from laboratory / manufacturing.

Education & Experience:
- High Diploma / Degree in Electrical engineering.
- 1 to 2 years of working experience in electrical product safety testing.

- English speaking and writing candidate will be favored.
