对于IEC60335-1其实个人觉得最重要的几个关键词: 带电部件 可触及部件 还有绝缘/器具的分类几个概念。

对于任何一个产品,我们第一步要确定的是绝缘的类型:basic/supplementary/reinforced(double) insulation. 在对此判定的前面,我们必须考虑器具的类型(class 0, I, II III)。; y3 z5 E& m8 _
以我们熟悉的无线水壶为例子。以(Strix connector), 带地线.金属外壳,我们的第一印象,Class I appliance.% I7 r( q. w2 K0 V
第二步:器具是 is in overvoltage catergory II,( T2 l: h/ S0 W' A
rated voltage 假定220-240V, so the overvoltage is 2500V.. H; A" C9 N6 o3 ?

there are two limit existed, 4.0mm for general basic insulation and 1.0mm for tubular heater.
